Shipping policy
How long will my items take to ship?
All orders are shipping within 12-36 hours from Dwell Here Massachusetts. Delivery times will depend on your shipping option but all orders are tracked from our shop to your door.
Where do I find my tracking number?
Your tracking number will be sent to you via Email once your order has been fulfilled. A link to that page will also be emailed to you along with your receipt so you can return to track the package at any time.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. Use the shipping estimator in the cart to check your shipping rates.
Can I return my product?
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products. For more detailed information please review our Return Policy or send an email to hello@dwllhere.com, and we'll take you through the process.
Dwell Here is not responsible for shipping addresses that are incorrect or entered wrong at check out and will not replace these items once they are shipped. Please double check and make sure you enter the correct shipping address!
If your item was damaged in transit a replacement request must occur within 3 days of delivery and must be accompanied with photo evidence of the damaged item (as well as the packaging, if possible). Once this documentation is received, we will send out a replacement as soon as possible (US Only). For damaged international orders, we are happy to cover the replacement cost of the item that was damaged, but the customer will be responsible for the replacement shipping cost. For lost or stolen packages, the customer is responsible for contacting and filing a claim with USPS. Once the item has been passed to USPS, Dwell Here is no longer responsible for any lost or stolen items. Dwell Here is not responsible for damages caused by improper handling.
